    = (2x-3)^2+2(2x-3)-3
    = (4x^2 -12x +9) + 4x-6 -3
    = 4x^2 - 8x

    = 2(2(x^2+2x-3)-3)-3
    = 2(2x^2 +4x-6-3)-3
    = 4x^2 + 8x - 18 - 3
